Ask a highschool dropout

OK OP,

I am a high-school drop-out myself although I am now 32 years old.

I didn't drop out by choice. My parents were drug addicts. (my dad who i lived with needed my extra cash and my mother was living in the streets somewhere in Brooklyn).

I was working full-time since 16 yrs old.

I worked hard and landed a job on the COMEX exchange, it was low pay but, it paid the rent.

I moved out on my own at 17 years old. I got hired by an independent trading company. I stayed there for seven years and then was hired by a bigger company that I work at now.

Bottom line is.. if you do not HAVE TO drop-out then DONT.

School is a privledge, I have two children of my own now and I do not want them to have to struggle on their own like I did.

I will strive to make sure my children get their proper education and can make educated decisions.

OP, if this is a true post and not leveling.. you are very foolish and I hope you go busto early so that you don't get too dis-illusioned.
