Default I am no longer tipping the dealers at CAZ until.......(long)

.....they either start enforcing at least SOME of the rules at least SOME of the time OR people on here tell me that I'm out of line. I'm talking about players flashing cards, discussing the hand while it's in progress, declaring what they folded, telling people that they would've hit the flop big if there hadn't been a raise, etc, etc. I don't consider myself a nit and I don't want to be a table captain. I'm generally a get-along, go-along type. I used to say things to players that I thought were acting badly but it was like trying to hold back the tide so now I keep quiet. I have spoken to many floormen and the person who runs the dealer meetings on numerous occasions. A few months ago I approached a floorperson who was sitting with a few dealers waiting for their shift to start and complained. She, and the dealers, all told me that it was no use, there was nothing they could do. I'm not making that up. So, I've been on a slow burn for a long time.

Here's what has set me off:

The other night I'm sitting between 2 players who are apparently friends. EP raises and it's folded to the guy on my left. He shows his friend the A-Qo that he's about to fold. His friend says 'WHAT? That's the best hand, don't fold!' The first guy says 'Want to bet?' and they both put up $10 to the side and the guy mucks his A-Qo. Flop brings an Ace and the first guy says 'See?' Dealer says nothing.

The other night it's folded around to the button who takes a few seconds deciding what he wants to do. SB wants to chop and shows button his A-3o hand and button folds. Never mind that for all SB knows the BB may have a big hand and WANTS the button to raise. I'm sitting next to the dealer who I've known for years and I ask him quietly if he doesn't think he should say something about that. He says 'What should I say?' 'How about: Please don't do that?' 'I'm very uncomfortable in these situations saying anything.' Ok, then don't' I tell him but then he mumbles something to the SB who shruged it off.

The final straw:

Today the usual shenanigans are going on. A BIG action hand comes down. I'm in the 7 seat and out of the hand. 6 players are really going at it with the 8 seat driving the action. The 9 seat is his buddy (they don't bet each other) and is out of the hand. At the river the board pairs and the 1 seat bets out and it's folded to the 8 seat who is agonizing for 10 seconds and it's apparent that he wants to call real bad. Finally the 9 seat tells him 'good fold' and he mucks. The dealer, who is good in that he deals a fast and accurate game says nothing.

And then it hit me. I hate that the dealers aren't enforcing ANY of the player behavior rules (however you want to put it) and I am tipping them at least $5,000/yr and that I'm NOT GOING TO TIP THEM ANYMORE UNTIL I GET WHAT I'M PAYING FOR, GD IT!!!!

There are many dealers who have become my personal friends and I'm not going to tip them either. I got some very strange looks from players and dealers today and not one asked my why I'm suddenly not tipping. If they do ask I'm going to tell them exactly why and see if any good comes of it which I don't think if will. I'm not going to lobby anybody else to not tip, I'm just going to do my thing. Personally, I expect to save $5,000/yr now, and I am NOT going to feel 'guilty' about it at all.

Unless, as I said, the people on here tell me that I'm way out of line.
