Default An error in the Sklansky-Chubukob rankings

For those who don't know them, the S-C number is a calculation for each preflop hand to determine what's the maximum stack you can profitably move all-in with in NL hold'em when you're in the $1 SB and there's a $2 BB, everyone else folded, if your opponent saw your cards and played perfectly.

The formula assumes that when you get called and win, you'll win X (your remaining stack after posting the SB) + 3 (the SB + BB), a certain percentage of the time. (at least the one presented in NLHE: T&P by DS and EM does). But this is wrong, because the BB has already put 2, so he'll call X - 1, so for the formula to be correct it should instead calculate that you'll win X+2 when you get called and win.
