Default Is this beatable? New Florida NL games

From what I've heard, on July 1, 2007, Florida casinos are now legally able to spread NL. However this NL is more like shortstacking NL to the extreme. From what I've heard the new game is a $2/5 max 100 buyin (with a min of $20 from what I've heard).

So, I'm looking at a max buyin of 20BB with a rake of 10% up to $5 (+1 always with jackpot).

I'm sure these players will be god awful.

So, I'm asking, is this beatable, if you're a solid small stake NL winning player?

I have tried playing the $3 NL on FT to basically deal with the shortstacks on a much larger scale and I'm up 15 BI with ~1k hands.

Also, the difference between this and FT $3 games is that if a few people have large stacks (i.e. 100BB deep), it's worth to take a few gambles because you play better than the person with the larger stack so you have a chance to take his stack with 1 hand.

So, how far off am I in this line of thinking that this game is beatable?

I'm thinking a 3k roll should sustain me.
