Party- High Roller Promotion

ya hi, this is my first post.
wanted to know whats the best way to obtain partypoints for the highroller promotion. Does it need to be high stakes, or is 1/2 to 3/6 enough?

What is the ratio of hands to partypoints, ie 1000 hands= 500pts?? on avg
