Its going to take a very strong argument to convince the Wynn dealers to strike, they make too much money to walk away from their jobs for a week or more - and by that time they will know that Wynn has a scab replacement policy in place. With no contract in place, Wynn can fire staff indiscriminately if they walk - Wynn's #1 negotiating advantage.

of course once the union has a contract, Wynn can't fire so easily.
