Default Re: bodybuilding.....is there any \"sport\" less healthy?

OP: Bodybuilding done properly is probably one of the healthier sports. I know a lot of guys who are natural BB's who are a lot more healthy than I am. They also don't let themselves go on gorges "off-season" or require such drastic measures pre-contest.

I also know some guys taking roids or prohormones that are pretty damn healthy and very smart about doing everything they can to alleviate side effects or monitor problems.

Unfortuanetly, you have some guys who take it too far/don't know enough about health to BB safe. You want to read a cool book on it, read Muscle- Confessions of a body builder. Can't remember who wrote it, but it's very intriguing on some of the author's side effects from his fanatical drug use/exercise programs.

I'd say a lot of people think pro football is less healthy than bodybuilding, but it all depends on how far/how stupid a natural or drug assisted BBer is.
