Default AQ questionable raise

Situation: I knew Villain coldcalled ATo.

I know SSHE says fold here, but it was a tight table, so I figured that, if I could get him HU, I could probably get him to overplay his hand.

Would you have played it like this, or did I not only muck up the PF raise, but also the rest of the hand? What say ye, oh wise guys?
