Default Jacks in a though spot, line check

I had this hand yesterday and was quite lost what to do. Should I have reraised preflop? folded flop?

only had 30ish hands on villain at this time and he was running aout 13/13/4 so seemed a good player even though the small sample size.

Comments on all streets apreciated

EverestPoker Game #1479660906: Table Dili-17 - $0.50/$1 - No Limit Hold'em - 14:59:49 - 2007/05/04
Seat 1: SB ($32.40)
Seat 2: BB ($166.95)
Seat 3: UTG ($17.00)
Seat 4: HERO (MP) ($102.50)
Seat 5: Villain (CO) ($175.45)
Seat 6: Button ($57.70)

*** HOLE CARDS ***
Hero is MP with JcJh

UTG raises to $2, Hero raises to $5.50, Villain raises to $13.50, 4 folds, Hero calls.

<font color="blue"> After his 4-bet I imidiatly put him on QQ-AA (but can't rule out ak, aqs, complete donkishly air just yet) and call for set value. Fold seems too nitty, reraise anygood here? </font>

*** FLOP *** [6c 3s 3c] $30,50 pot
Hero checks, Villain bets $17,50, Hero calls

<font color="blue"> I missed, but if there is a perfect flop for Jacks as an overpair this is about it. villains bet is only 2/3 pot and he could still have ak, is this a fold? </font>

*** TURN *** [6c 3s 3c] [Ts] $65,50

Hero checks, Villain bets $42,50, Hero folds
<font color="blue"> Seems obvious that I am way behind here. </font>
