Default Alright dudes, what does \"ding-a-ling\" mean?

Had my trademarks test, and blah blah blah, long story short in one question the slogan was "...dont be a ding-a-ling."

I don't really know what a ding-a-ling is per se, but what came to mind was some song saying "come play with ding-a-ling" so I immediately think this has some sexual connotation as well as some old preschool understanding as something meow chow whatever. Also there is some relevant state law that says a mark is tarnished if it is disparaged in a sexual context.

So i wrote that that this tarnished the trademark cause it refers to the male genitalia. i only think to look at dictionary.com after, which states:
ding-a-ling (dĭng'ə-lĭng) Pronunciation Key
n. Slang
A scatterbrained or eccentric person.
