Nectar Whey Protein Trip Report and want reccomendations

Just got Syntax Nectar Caribbean Cooler(with a free shaker) in the mail with some ON Vanilla Gold. The Caribbean Cooler is a Pina Colada type flavor, Id give it a 6.5/10. It recommends mixing with 8-16 oz of water. I tried 12oz in the blender with a couple ice cubes and didnt like it. It was great with 8 oz of water made in the shaker cup and then 3 ice cubes to cool it down a bit.

Does anyone thats used nectar before have any reccomendations for making it? Also what flavor should I get next? I wont get this flavor again because its not good enough for me to want to drink it every day.
