Reduce the rake and Tim Flores (scam from 2006)

hello,
Tim flores (maybe known by his affiliate name: reduce the rake) scamed several people about a year ago for a fu**ing lot of money.
As I remember his name was also connected to the magic the gathering trading card game.

Now I realized that a "Tim Flores" is qulified for Magic Pro Tour San Diego taking place June 28th to July 1st.

Can anyone verify that the scamer is also the magic player? If so, dude you'd better not come to the PT [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
