Top 5, in the order I think of them (in a completely non-scientific and non-critical manner):

Deus Ex
Tetris
Doom
Street Fighter 2
Alpha Centuari (yes I played more of this than Civ II, bite me)

Although if you actually went back to play them today, you would be better off using an updated revision (like many of the new open-source Doom revisions, Tetris the Grandmaster (2-Ace), one of the later SF2 revisions (Hyper Fighting, Super Turbo), etc.)
