Ok thanks for explanation. I understand it for sure now.
Still I think it doesnt have merit. Imo we should always try to guess what's his strategy is and make appriopiate play in particular situation.
Against any strategy (plain or mixed) there exists optimal play and we should just make it based on the best guess we can make in given moment.

Hmm.. so hes playin some mixed strategy which include folding better hands and calling worse ones in ONE moment. So hes a donk according to my understanding of poker thoery.
