Default tipping-full time v. recreational

I know there are a ton of tipping threads, but maybe not one addressing this specifically. I am going to be starting playing full time this summer. When I played in the past I would tip every hand I win, except if I win only the blinds. Is it appropriate to adjust how you tip when you play 50+ hours/week.

I also vaguely remember reading a thread a while back about things that full time players write off on their taxes. Do people try to write off tips? It doesnt seem like you could, but these are poker players we are talking about. From any of the full timers...what do you guys write off? Thanks in advance.
