Default $12 FT bubble

Button has been super tight and I'm not really afraid of him calling (i'll shut down if he calls and I miss). Is this a bad situation to raise? Should I just be folding here and waiting for short stack to go out? After the flop I don't think there's any other way to play this, but is there anything I should have done differently?
