Hypothetical Trade Question

Simple one. You're a GM of a team that has the best young PF/C in the NBA, (Bosh, Howard, Big Al, Amare whoever you want). You're offered to trade for Tim Duncan, (Best PF now). Salaries work. Do you make the trade? If not, how much younger does Duncan have to be for you to make the trade (assuming Duncan has the same production when he was that younger age and until now, and that the young big man stays the same age.)
