Default Please help -- possible trojan -- I know where it is from

McAfee popped up on my computer today saying I have a trojan called exploit-anifile.c

I got it from visiting a website I don't trust. (I know it used to be a safe site but hadn't been there in over a year). It says it cannot be removed (file in use).

I tried visiting the site on my other computer to make sure that is where i got it from, and that computer has a more recent version of mcafee, and blocks the trojan from being installed.

I am currently running a virus scan on my other comp (the one that says it could not remove the virus from) and plan to restart in safe mode and scan again after that is complete.

I am not sure if this is anything to be worried about. There is not much info on this that I have been able to find, other than the supposed risk is low. Anyone have any ideas or more info that they can add? Should I reformat my computer over this? Thanks in advance.
