Default Volume

In an effort to provide a discussion topic. How do most people divide up the amount of volume the do? Obv it should be cycled which is pretty apparent, but where do you set the high volume bar?

I personally don't think more than ~70 reps or so when doing a typical high intensity workout should be performed. Obviously if doing low intensity workouts (tabata etc) this doesn't apply. I think you can still adjust the 10 set rule for most things by flipping some of the new age rep/set rules around or moving to just work calculations. How does everyone else do their, or what they think?

(Jah7 please don't "contribute". Nor anyone who wants to talk about 20 sets per bodypart or gauging work capacity while they try to achieve a pump. I wanna keep this discussion purely to standard group think individuals.)
