Default Playing on Credit at a local spot

So, Ive been running bad and playing some bad at a local spot and Ive racked up 1200 dollars in debt for the third time for the third week in a row. I know the manager and he lets me play in the game because I keep the game going till the end of the night and I help him start games, but Im not sure of what to do anymore. Ive owed him more in the past, but the last 3 times I've owed him money, Ive bounced back to even and also up and ended up paying him off. Ive played about 125 hours there, and am an overall winner, but Ive cashed out of my bankroll to pay some bills etc... Whats your advice on credit? I only play off of credit because I know he will let me continue playing off of his money because I can, and have, payed him back on my upswings, but this is the third time and Im not sure if I can handle it. The stakes that I play are 1/2,2/5 no limit, so in relation to the blinds, its not a lot of money. There are probably 5 games a week w/ 1/2 running 3 times and 2/5 running twice. I play every day.
