Default 99 flop play vs LAG - NL 100

Villian is 32/22/2.50 I don't have any specific reads as of yet, but he doesnt seem bad TBH. He got most of his stack before I got to the table, altough he did just stack someone for 100BB with a floppe set. He should view me as normal Tagish 18/13/3 or whatever.

Kinda lost as to what to do on the flop here. I think he can c/r a large range of hands from sets to FD to air. If I call, am I correct to assume a player like this will fire again on the turn?

How does your play change with 100 bb's as opposed to 150 BB(or does it change)?
