College BBall 2nd Half Over/Under

In the last month I have been betting the second half over/under on college bball games based on the first half scoring. Anytime the over/under second half total minus the first half total is >= 18 I bet the game

I have had great success 72% winrate over a sample size of just over 100 which I realize is very small.

Just wondering if anyone has opinions/data on how this might do in the long term, it seems that the over under on points is not adjusted for the 2nd half after 1st half completion like the spread is adjusted
