How to delete UB from my computer

The other day I deleted UB, used registry mechanic to delete any traces of it in the registry, cleared all passwords, cookies, etc and downloaded the software from a site so I could get rakeback.

When I install the software my username and passowrd is already in there! Anyone know how to erase all traces of UB and reinstall it clean?
