Default 25/50 w/ a set

Only sitting because I thought there were >2 soft spots in the game. Plus Im stuck a lot.

Villain in this hand is one of those soft spots: 23/10/0.86 over 300 hands. His aggression ramps up on all streets and is highest on the river. He is a loser in my databases.

In this hand I'd like thoughts on my turn and river plays. I'll chime in shortly but I don't think I played this hand too well.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $50 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($9796)
MP ($8052)
CO ($6200.50)
Button ($4317.50)
SB ($3770)
Hero ($6202)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $175</font>, Button calls $175, SB calls $150, Hero calls $125.

Flop: ($700) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $555</font>, CO calls $555, Button folds, SB folds.

Turn: ($1810) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $1225</font>, CO calls $1225.

River: ($4260) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">CO bets $4245.5 (All-In)</font>, Hero is wtfing because this is a pretty awkward spot?

EDIT: Comments on my turn action please because I think that's the most interesting.
