Default NL25 QQ: allin on flop with whole stack?

No read on villian. I've put him on an overpair, but not KK or AA, because of his preflop call. And I doubt he would raise me on a flop with a set. I've made too small raise on flop, but I doubt I would fold even he moved allin straight away.
