Crypto crashes

Hi,

I'm a complete computer illiterate, so I could really use some help with this.

For some reason Cryptologic may suddenly crash my computer when I play there, making me have to pull the plug to reboot.

This happens on any Crypto skin AND both my computers. (Could the router be involved?) I used to play there for a long time without any problems fwiw.

It's something about the UA Application encountering an error, having to terminate.

And this is the "error signature":

I'd be thankful for any insight in this!
