Default A river raise/fold?

UB 1/2 6max, Villain is 73/7/1.28 over 95 hands. Read: he calls down a lot, but it's always with a piece of the board.

preflop:
Hero has Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and openraises in the CO. Villain calls in the SB.

flop5SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Villain check/calls my bet.

turn3.5BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Villain check/calls my bet.

river4.5BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Villain bets, Hero raises, Villain 3bets, Hero ????

I figured a standard calling station would just c/r turn with a 7 like they all do (I would've folded to a turn c/r) so I thought he had a pocket pair (or a 9). He'd call a raise with those hands imho so I raised and was lost vs the 3bet.
