"Road House" with Patrick Swayze. I love this movie, it's so bad it's good. Lines like:

"Pain don't hurt"
"You're too stupid to have a good time"
"I want you to be nice until it's time to not be nice"
"Nobody ever wins a fight"
"It's my way or the highway"

Also features Jeff Healey fronting a bar band and Healey has some lines as well.

To be fair, there are others that like this movie but nevertheless, when I think of the expression "guilty pleasures" this is THE movie that I think of.
