Default NL $25 - Reraised from the BB, hate these spots

Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em, $.25 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($29.13)
CO ($15.40)
Hero ($23.56)
SB ($28.27)
BB ($20.86)
UTG ($24.26)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.85</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $2.65</font>, Hero calls $1.80.

Flop: ($5.40) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $5.4</font>, Hero folds, BB folds.

Final Pot: $10.80

This guy was basically a lagtard, (45/34). I have no idea what to do in these spots. I called with really no plan for the hand, and knowing I'd be facing a PSB on the flop. But I think my hand was too good to fold, and I just can't give him the pot and wait until I have a huge hand. What do people do in these spots?
