NL cap or no cap, is the question?

Going to Vegas next month and I already have a plan about where to play poker and for what limits. With the Wynn having no limit to how much you can buy in for playing NL, is this something most of you like, or dislike? For me, this could mean playing a short stack stragedy. Is this in fact how you see the game, unless you can match the deep stacks? It sounds like decent players are playing the games there.
