Raising Ax after limper(s)

How should my raising/stealing requirements change after a limper? two limpers?

I've found myself in this situation alot lately, 35/9/1 limps ep, 29/13/2.5 limps mp, and I have A8s in CO. I've not been winning many of these. What's the line?
