Tournament play and cash game table play are 2 separate beasts. Hellmuth might be better at minimizing risk and protecting chips but Brian's aggression would put him on monkey tilt pretty quickly if they sat HU in a cash game. If I had the money to put either player in every event at the WSOP then I'd stake Hellmuth. If I had $100,000 to stake a player in a 300/600 cash game table then it would be Brian.
