I think against this sort of player, it's best not to get involved. Either fold to his PF raise or c/f a flop that doesn't improve you some other way (OESD etc).

I much prefer c/c than donking the flop. If he is smart he will raise you with any 2 after you frontbet the flop, it's very transparent.
