Villain is definitely a TAG, maybe multitabler, maybe 2+2. Earlier he admonished another player not to "berate the fish." (Aside: Maniacal big stack sucks out on new l/p player and lols; new player types back, "What, is it your first time being chipleader?" Table explodes in laughter and directs new player to the tournament section.)

This seems like a really standard situation. Flop good hand, see a turn, and villain who seems competent follows up on the turn. So give me a standard line. If you decide to call the turn, or you calling all rivers? Folding any river except a K or Q?
