Default 3-bet flopped TP bad-kick in a multiway raised pot....???

Ignoring results, is taking it to 3-town on this flop smart or spew?

INFO:
UTG raiser is a well known 2p2 tag who plays fairly straight forward, SB has taggish stats 28/17/2.3 over 250 hands, but is also losing -18BB/100 over that stretch FWIW (probably nothing). Other players are pretty much donkeys, as you can tell by their pf cold-calls.
