What makes you leave a table?

I wish I had the control to leave a table when:

I'm stuck or I'm out matched. Just this past monday, I had a marathon session, where I couldn't see the writing on the wall. Stuck so bad, going on tilt. New that I was on tilt, and couldn't have the control to hit the leave table quit button.

-sigh-

After finally giving up. had semi restful sleep. woke up 5 hours later Tuesday morning. Hit the tables with a clear mindset. and Now have manage to recover almost 50% of my lost from Monday. Gawd...being stuck/tilt just sucks soooo bad...The biggest leak of my poker game...and I'm averaging 2+ bb/100
