I heard this story today regarding ADA and accommadating people at a football game.

Years ago after the ADA was passed a football team was sued because they did not have enough/proper "accesible" seating in all sections. This team at the time was always selling out and many of the seats were held by season ticket holders.

So how does one make more "accesible" seating in sections that are sold out to season ticket holders?

Well what they did was remove some season ticket holders seats from the sections and moved those season ticket holders out to other locations (mostly worst locations). That did not sit very well with the season ticket holders, unfortunately there was nothing for those fans to do and no other options for the team. This happened nearly ten years ago and yet they are still trying to relocate some season ticket holders.

Is this going to far? Or is this a "reasonable" accommadation?
