My friend had his cheque withdrawal pending for several days, he called support today and was told they didn't know what was happening. I called VIP right now and asked
"I'm a Canadian customer about to request a USD cheque by Fedex, are there any holdups?" Her: "Let me check... no there is a one business day wait and your cheque will be sent by Fedex." Me: "Because I've heard reports in the past few days from customers in situations similar to mine that there is some strange holdup." Her: "Oh, I know what you're referring to. Actually, cheques are only being processed once a week on Thursday, and you have to request it by Tuesday 1:30pm or it will be rolled over to the following Thursday." Me: "Ugh."
