I like a turn bet. You could've been floating with all kinds of stuff on that flop, or have a range of underpairs that don't want to give free cards. Your best shot to get paid off is to bet like $140 here and get action from a big pair (99-AA) that can't possibly fold unless you've been a total nit.

Given the check and river lead, I think that you have to be ahead an absurd amount of the time, often because he's completely full of it (I mean, what a beautiful card for a small bluff bet). Any better hand would almost undoubtedly lead a little harder and hope you have a K, or would check and hope you value bet an Ace. So I'd stick in a raise to 300, even though I'm not loving it. At least give him a chance to make a bad call.
