Default You\'re the Floor -- What\'s the ruling.

The turn has been dealt, all betting complete.

Dealer burns the top card. Begins to deal the river, and as he's doing so, the river card catches on the card protector. The stub flies from his hand, and falls face up on the table.

So, there's chips in the pot, cards face up on the table, and the River Card in the Dealer's hand.

He immediately calls you -- the Floor.

What's the ruling?

(Actual situation from 4-8 at Canterbury last night, btw -- I'll post the actual ruling later today).
