Default Full Tilt Bonus Warning

Like many folks,I received a 300 dollar Bonus offer from FT which required no additional deposit. While I have been playing more on Stars for the FPP benefits (Platinum/Gold Star status), the 300 looked too good to pass up, so I signed up for the bonus.
While playing this past Saturday, I figured I would check my bonus status to see how far I had to go and discovered that no bonus was listed. I wrote to Full Tilt asking that they credit the bonus. They have refused claiming that I did not sign up,even though that was my express purpose in going back to the site. I have made several requests and keep getting boilerplate responses indicating that the bonus period has expired, perhaps because my request as to why the bonus was not reflected was one day after the period did expire even though I signed up inside bonus window. None of the responses indicate that they have read my actual request to apply the bonus for which I timely applied, they simply cut and paste boilerplate, even though I asked that my request be passed along to a supervisor.
It appears that customer service, and perhaps literacy in the English language, has been abandoned at FT, so be careful should you deal with them.
