Default Playing a Flush Draw when board pairs

Villian looked tight after about 30 hands he was 18/10. No AF but he certainly hasn't got out of line.

I don't know what happened to the stacks but effective were about 100 bb.

I am getting odds on my flush draw but how much do you factor in the board pairing?

Say you hit what's the plan on the river?

Thanks
