Kind Regards, William Poker Support Center [/ QUOTE ] When I called support they said it was locked due to promotional abuse, so I don't know what that has to do with "player security" or why they had to hear back from their player security department. I actually wouldn't have been as pist off if it was some kind of security investigation, since I know I didn't break any rules and wouldn't mind the inconvenient wait to get my money back if I thought they were doing it to protect the security of the game. Promotional abuse though, which is what they said the investigation was for originally, sounds like they just wanted to take my money for no reason other than they could.
