Every year it's crazy to think about the amount of talent that could be in this tournament, but is now in the NBA, NBDL, overseas, working at McDonalds, in jail, and so on. What would the end of this tournament look like if these guys were all still in school? I guess that largely would be defined by where the 22 straight to NBA players decided to go to school. Plus there are 7 players (by my count) who came from teams who made it to the Sweet 16 this year.

Feel free to chime in if you know where some of the HS guys would have went if they didn't jump, if they committed anywhere. UConn would probably be a factor with Villanueva, M. Williams, and Boone. Memphis could add Banks, Washington, and S. Williams to their already pretty good team. UCLA could have Ariza and Farmar. Think Texas could have beat USC with Tucker, Aldridge, and Gibson on the roster? Oh well, still a pretty good tournament. |
