Acting out of turn
What is the standard ruling in this spot?
No limit, UTG bets 200, middle postion thinks and before acting button raises to 1000. I know that button can't take it back but what more? Can middle position raise to 800? And if so, what happens when the action comes to the button? 1000 bet still stands but can he make an unallowable raise?
