Strange email I just got

I don't recall ever trying to sign up for click2pay, since that ship sailed before I had made the decision. Maybe I tried and was rejected shortyly after they stopped taking US customers? I don't know, but there is no URL so I don't see how this is a phishing email. The domain is correct. This is just weird.

to anybody, neither over the phone, per email nor over the Internet -
