Powerpoint alternatives....

Sorry if this has already been posted somewhere, but I couldn't find anything w/ search.

I have to give a brief strategy presentation, and would like to find something a little more appealing than the typical powerpoint.

Any other packages out there that have some nice templates or look a little more refined?
