Default How to speak to a girl on the street?

Here is the backstory:

Last week I saw this beautiful girl on the street. The Muni broke down and we had to wait for a bus to take the passengers to downtown SF. This girl was knock out beautiful. I didn't talk to her when we waiting for the bus or when we were on the bus because she was with a bunch of her friends (all ugly) and I was a little drunk (St Patties Day). I haven't thought about here since then bc its San Francisco; I'll probably never see her again so whatever.

Today I go to Stonestown Mall to pick a pair of sunglasses. I'm at the Starbucks waiting for my drink and I see her again. Im debating whether or not leave my drink and go talk to her. I decide [censored] the drink. So I go looking for her, but to no avail. I probably looked for a good 20 minutes.

While I'm leaving the mall thinking about the good Green Tea Latte I missed out on and also the beautiful girl that I missed out on twice, it occured to me: what would I have said to her? When you go to a bar, people expect to meet up, etc... but when your walking in the mall or waiting for a bus, your not expecting to meet someone. My question is this... what do you say to someone your see on the street? I'm honestly pretty pissed right now because I got a second chance to talk to this girl but my indecision about my Starbucks drink cost me the chance. If I ever see her again I wanna be ready. OOT, how do you talk to a girl in the street..................
