What is the live equivalent?

Hey folks,

Heading to Vegas for some poker and b-ball betting this weekend on the very rare and coveted 'guy trip'.

Although I play live a half dozen times a year, most of my play is at the $200 and $400 max NLHE tables online. I've been a consistent winner for well over a year. In your opinion, what live stakes would $200 or $400 equate to in a typical B & M casino?
