Default 200nl: I face a minreraise preflop and a flop bet <1/2 pot - WTF?

Villian is 45/20/1 over only a handful of hands.

Folding pf isn't necessarily bad with this hand (likely dominated), but I really had no gauge on his play yet to give him any sort of range. Also, it was only a minraise and with position I decided to call this time.

Flop: If we call this weak (strong?) bet, are we calling a decent sized bet on the turn as well?

After preflop I was looking to flop big (i.e. 2pr +) to continue with this hand, but his bet made things kinda interesting. However, I cant see myself being ahead if he fires turn again for 1/2 pot+, so calling flop may be a losing play.
